Another mega project, the Huangmaohai Cross Sea Passage, has officially opened

As the western extension of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the project starts in Pingsha Town, Zhuhai, and ends in Doushan Town, Jiangmen. Spanning 31 kilometers, including a 14-kilometer stretch over water, it works with the region’s other iconic infrastructure, such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, the Nansha Bridge, and the Humen Bridge, forming a world-class network of cross-sea and cross-river routes that cement the Greater Bay Area’s status as a global transportation hub.
