1. (1) Mud wall protection
The principle of mud wall protection:
Under the action of mud pressure, the viscosity of the mud and the fine particles of the solid phase are attached to the wall of the wall.
②The function of mud wall protection: Under the action of mud pressure, the mud flows outward through the pores of the rock and soil. During the loss process, the solid phase particles in the mud fill the gaps of the rock and soil to form a wall protection layer to protect the pore wall and reduce the water loss rate.
③Increase the viscosity of mud: Taking bentonite pulping as an example, increasing the content of bentonite and cellulose can increase the viscosity of the mud, and adding caustic soda (PH value 8-10) as needed can also increase the viscosity of the mud.
The water value is 15s+/-0.5s, and the mud viscosity is more than 25s in general, which can meet the needs of most geological construction.
(3)sand content
①Sand content ratio specification: The percentage of sand in the mud to the mud volume. The sand content in the construction specification is less than 4%. When the sand content is too high, the viscosity of the mud will be reduced, the amount of sediment will be increased, and drilling may be buried if the drilling is stopped for a long time.
②The sand content exceeds the standard: If the sand content is too high, the viscosity will decrease, and the sediment will be too much. When the sediment is cleared or the drilling time is too long, the drilling may be buried.
③Reduce the sand content rate: If the sand content rate is too high, it will firstly reduce the mud usage rate and increase the construction cost, and secondly, it will affect the pore-forming quality and even cause construction accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the sand content rate.
a. Sedimentation tank: The physical method of sedimentation tank can be used to reduce the sand content. A small sedimentation tank is excavated in front of the mud storage tank. When the concrete is poured, the mud first returns to the sedimentation tank, and the sand settles to the bottom due to its high specific gravity. When the mud level in the sedimentation tank rises to a certain height, it returns to the storage tank through the channel.
b. Mud vibrating screen is strong: The water pump pumps the mud into the cyclone on the vibrating screen, through the principle of density difference and centrifugal force, the sand particles are settled and discharged to achieve separation and classification, and then the mud is removed through the vibrating screen, and the sand particles are screened out.
