Mega Bridge Project——Yangtze River Bridge

Located in Huang Gang city Hubei province, this bridge connects Huang Gang to the north and Ezhou to the south.

The bridge is contracted by CCCC Second Navigation Bureau, China Railway Bridge Bureau, and Wuhan Lecheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Those are one of the most experienced road and bridge construction companies in China.

The constructing bridge pier consists of 56 piles, max. drilling dia. is 3.2m and max. drilling depth is 86m.

Located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the stratum of this area is changeable and complicated, the upper is covered by clay and mu formation, and the bottom layer is consisting of medium-weathered sandstone.

SUNWARD SW1000 and XCMG XR550 drilling rigs just joined the construction, with the max. torque of 1000Kn.m, drilling in rock formation is as easy as a piece of cake!
